Pasta with Parm and Pepper

With Mike working and a work trip looming, I didn't want to spend a lot (more) time in the kitchen. (The night before I made cinnamon rolls, both plain and chocolate, and sloppy joes.) I opted for a quick (chick) dinner of pasta plus a side of greens last weekend.
