One of the things I love about Las Colinas is two-for-one movie tickets on Tuesdays! Mike and I went to see 500 Days of Summer tonight. Such a good movie! Zooey Deschanel's clothes are great as is the soundtrack. Go see it!

Weekend Update
I'm not sure if it can even be called a "weekend!" Flying into DFW Friday and back out of DFW Sunday does not a relaxing weekend make.
I did however check a few things off my to-do list. Mike bought a car, (no more jeep, yay!), took Mike's mom to Northpark and La Duni (delicious again!), talked wedding planning and purchased some of the many shower gifts I will be needing in the coming months. My favorite gift has got to be the stuffed animal I got for the soon-to-be Baby Grace, my unofficial niece.
The only down time we had was watching Across the Universe, another movie that I watch over and over. If you haven't seen the movie, borrow it from me and watch it! Jim Sturgess, Beatles music... so good!

First Post!
After lots of inspiration from some blogs that I love to read (Mitzi, Laura Mac, Ashley, Tori and Ann) I too have jumped on the blogging bandwagon!
Hopefully I will be able to share some of my favorite things here as well as write about the exciting things going on in my life right now.
The first of those exciting things is getting engaged to such a great guy. And here we are...
Mike did such a good job at keeping me in the dark and completely surprising me! More stories to follow as we begin the fun/daunting task of planning a wedding!
