Twisted Root Burgers

Mike and I love to watch Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives with Guy Fieri. We are so lucky that he visits lots of restaurants in the area.

Today we went to Twisted Root Burgers to enjoy the sunshine (finally!) and some really yummy burgers!

Wedding Update!

PHEW! We have gotten so much accomplished during the last 3 months. Lots of big things have been marked off the to-do list... place, planner, photographer, caterer, officiant, dj, hair stylist, and cake-bakers all booked! Not to mention wedding dress ordered, save the dates addressed, invitations ordered, thank you cards ordered, hotel rooms blocked...

I love marking things off the to-do list!

Next up... getting the bridesmaids sized when I visit Beaumont this month and sending Tarah the dress information for the flowergirls!

Cirque du Soleil!

Mike surprised me with an early birthday present... tickets for Alegria! To say I'm a fan of Cirque is an understatement. I LOVE these shows! Ryan and Laura were even able to join us. We had such a good time and I think Mike is hooked on the show as well. Can't wait for the next one!

After the show, Mike and I had a really fun dinner at Grand Lux. Such a good night! He's the best!
